These services include day- to-day quality assurance inspection, plus providing technical advisory assistance in administering and managing the construction contract for this project and mitigation of unforeseen issues that may arise. The objective is to obtain the services of a firm to provide construction management/inspection, and other supporting architectural/engineering services for the site work and coordination of delivery, placement and finishing of a pre-fabricated Restaurant Modular Unit.
