The 11th Contracting Squadron is seeking small business concerns with government requirements experience that are capable of supplying and installing audio/visual and IT equipment to upgrade presentation capabilities in the Air Force Honor Guard facilities located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. There are three separate audio/visual/IT upgrade requirements, below is a description of the upgrades/capabilities that are needed. Ceremonial Hall (Bldg 49): This area is used for ceremonies (i.e. graduations and retirements), large briefings, and large forum training. The equipment for this room currently does not support the ability to livestream events/meetings or satisfactorily display/project slideshows or videos. To ensure these capabilities are met, existing equipment will need to be removed/disposed (except for projector screen) and new equipment installed. Training on proper use of new system will be required and the ability to provide on-site troubleshooting/support within 24-hours is necessary. This system will be run on commercial WIFI. Classrooms (Bldg 48): There are two classrooms that require the upgrade of equipment to be able to share content and present/video teleconference. The two classrooms are separated by a partition that can be removed to utilize the space as one room to accommodate larger audiences. The rooms need to be able to be utilized separately, or combined. When rooms are separated they need to have access to individual sources. When the rooms are combined, they need to have access to all sources and mirror content. The old equipment needs to be removed/disposed and replaced with equipment that supports required capabilities (except for TVs). Training will be required on proper use of new system and the ability to provide on-site troubleshooting/support within 24-hours is necessary. This system will run on the Air Force network. Resiliency Room (bldg. 55): This building has a dedicated rest/break area for airmen in the USAF Honor Guard and is also available to dorm residents as a lounge area. The scope of this requirement is to remove existing furniture, electronics, and carpet and provide all materials/equipment and installation services to include painting and carpet replacement to update the space by creating a home theater/entertainment area and lounge area. The home theater area requires adjustable black out curtains, recliners (10 recliners, in 2 rows of 5, with the second row on a platform for maximum viewing), and new entertainment system including an 85” TV, surround sound system, Blu-Ray player, connections for multiple inputs and touchscreen control panel to control the new system. The system will need to incorporate the existing cable box. In the lounge area, multi-purpose tables and corresponding seating will need to be provided along with a fridge, cabinets, microwave, and small snack areas. Please see attached concept drawing. If capable please fill out attached Sources Sought Sheet. Note: All three of these requirements will be orally solicited.
