This is a Request for Information (RFI), Sources Sought Notice, issued by Naval Medical Center Medical Center seeking information from prospective vendors. The purpose of this request is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis; this does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offerors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. All interested vendors must have a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) as well as an active Cage Code in the System for Award Management (SAM). For the purpose of a potential acquisition, the NAICS is 561990, All other support services, PSC is 7A21. The proposed contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price contract with a base period of 1 Oct 2023 -30 September 2024 and 4 one-year option periods for a total of 5 years. The requirement is for a MRS 7 Software annual subscription. If your firm is capable and qualified to meet the required need then respond with the required information by emailing the primary point of contact. Responses are due no later than Tuesday September 19th 3:00pm. All interested vendors shall indicate their interest in a potential acquisition by providing the company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, FSS number, and FSS expiration date, cage code, unique entity ID, business size and classification to the point of contact. Interested business concerns shall also submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting their capability to perform the required services.
