Award will be made on best interest of the Government in a year award or Base Plus award This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JF-23-R-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (517410) code with a small business size standard of $38,500,000 and PSC D399 (IT & Telecommunication). This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The Arkansas Army National Guard requires the following items: Television services that can be one of the following - Direct TV, Cable and or Satellite TV services.
