This combined synopsis solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. This procurement is for Meals to be dropped off (Bulk trays) from 21 July – 1 August at DFAC, TWINING HALL BUZZARDS BAY, MA 02542 per the attached SOW, 21 Day Meal and portions, and combined synopsis solicitation. AMENDMENT TO ORIGINAL****Dinners from 21-23 July to serve 90 PAX per day; Dinners from 24-31 July to serve 70 PAX per day. Total Dinners are 830*****. AMENDMENT TO ORIGINAL****Breakfasts from 22 -24 July to serve 90 PAX per day; Breakfasts from 25 July - 01 August to serve 70 PAX per day. Total Breakfasts are 830*****. Menu meal scheduled for each day outlined in SOW atttached. Meals are to be dropped off in Bulk trays for the soldiers to serve themselves. Please refer to attached NYARNG 21 day menu for the meal numbers listed above. TIME OF DELIVERY : Breakfast - 7:00am, Dinner - 5:00pm LOCATION: The meals can be dropped off at DFAC, TWINING HALL BUZZARDS BAY, MA 02542 DELIVERY TYPE: Meals – Bulk trays for drop off. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 6 JULY 12:00p.m. EST via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@Army.mil. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 311991. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
