TIME OF DELIVERY: Breakfast: 0700 and Dinner: 1700 LOCATION: The meals can be dropped off at DFAC, TWINING HALL BUZZARDS BAY, MA 02542 DELIVERY TYPE: individually wrapped for drop off, to include plastic ware, napkins and condiments. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 311991. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.
