This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. This requirement is for both cubed and block ice to support Soldiers during PMT at Ft Drum, NY, from 13 June - 6 July 2022. Cubed bagged ice, (22 lbs each) for a total of 2160 cubed bags. Block ice, (10 lbs each) for a total of 1,680 blocks. Ice delivery schedule as follows: 13 June 2022 - Between 0800-1100 a.m. EST, Drop off 7 days’ supply of cubed and block ice to the ORTC DFAC (630 bags of 22 lb cubed/490-10 lb blocks). 20 June 2022 - Between 0800-1100 a.m. EST, Drop off 7 days’ supply of cubed and block ice to the ORTC DFAC (630 bags of 22 lb cubed/490-10 lb blocks). 27 June 2022 - Between 0800-1100 a.m. EST, Drop off 10 days’ supply of cubed and block ice to the ORTC DFAC (900 bags of 22 lb cubed/700-10 lb blocks). Delivery Location: ORTC DFAC, Bldg. 50003 42IN Drive, Fort Drum, NY 13602. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and RFQ and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. All Quotes are to be emailed to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@Army.mil. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
