This requirement is for Breakfast and Dinners to be dropped off from 8 – 22 June 2022 at 1525 Balmer Rd Youngstown, NY – per the attached SOW and 21 Day Meal and portions. Total Hot Breakfast meals are for 14 days x 100/ day = 1,400 Total Hot Dinner meals are for 14 days x 100/ day = 1,400 Total Meals 2,800 Type of Meals: Breakfast and Dinner menu #s can be found in both the attached SOW and 21 Day meal and portions pdf. Time of delivery: Drop off Breakfast (approximate time being 0700-0800) and Dinner (approximate time being 1645-1730) at YL TA at 1525 Balmer Rd Youngstown NY. How to deliver: Meals to be dropped off in Trays. Other specific items listed in SOW attached. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and RFQ and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 1 June 2022 8:00am ET via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@Army.mil. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 722310. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
