Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. Basis of award: The award will be made to the vendor that meets the requirements of the Statement of Work and has the lowest price. The government reserves the right to inspect the hotel for quality, cleanliness, and safety prior to issuing the award. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered. All quotes must be submitted via email to Andrew Emrich at andrew.e.emrich.civ@army.mil *Hotel's google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better. **All amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation.
