Winter Bridging Clothing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 11687743 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 12 July 2021. This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 424320, Waterproof garments, men's and boys', merchant wholesalers with a Small Business Size Standard of 150. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical specifications and delivery. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. Additionally, offerors must quote all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. *See attached RFQ for additional Information* All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database.
