The NY ARNG is requesting food service catered meals delivery/ drop off on the following days, amounts and times: Tuesday, July 13th: Dinner Menu #2, 176 Meals Wednesday, July 14th: Dinner Menu #3, 176 Meals Thursday, July 15th:Dinner Menu #5, 176 Meals Friday, July 16th: Dinner Menu #6, 176 Meals Saturday, July 17th: Dinner Menu #8, 176 Meals Sunday, July 18th: Dinner Menu #13, 176 Meals Monday, July 19th: Dinner Menu #2, 176 Meals Tuesday, July 20th: Dinner Menu #3, 176 Meals See attached NYARNG 21 DAY MENU for menu information. See attached RFQ for SOW information and acceptability standards. Bottled water will not be served as a beverage. Any menu changes to delivery times or munu options must go through the unit POC. Delivery location for all meals is the O'Brien Readines Training Complex (ORTC), Fort Drum, NY 1303 Delivery times for meals are as follows: dinner delivery time is 1630 (4:30 pm, noon Eastern Time). Quotes are due by Friday, July 9th, by 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) via email to richard.w.powell44.mil@mail.mil. Basis of award is price alone to a small business according to NAICS 722320.
