Listed below are the requirement details: 1 x Double vacancy room: 9-16 JUL (8 nights) 3 x Double vacancy rooms: 9-24 JUL (45 nights) 7 x Double vacancy rooms: 10-24 JUL (98 nights) Hotels must be within 10 Miles of the Harlem, NY Armory located at 2366 5TH AVENUE NEW YORK NY 10037. If separate hotels are needed they must be less than 2 miles from each other. Hotels must have a Google review of 3.5 out of 5 stars or better and are within the standards in the attached SOW. Quotes are due by Tuesday, July 6th, by 0800 (Eastern Time) via email to richard.w.powell44.mil@mail.mil Basis of award is price alone to a small business, NAICS size standard under 721110.
