The requirement description is as follows: TOTAL ROOMS: 41 Rooms total; for a total 221 Nights/Room: 1 Room for 1 Night each 9 July 2021 = 1 Room/ Night 20 Rooms for 8 Nights each 10-18 July 2021 = 160 Rooms/ Nights 20 Rooms for 3 Nights each 21- 24 July 2021 = 60 Rooms/ Nights (*NOTE the break in requirement dates.) LOCATION: Must be Located within 15 driving miles from 910 Raz Ave, New Windsor NY 12553 PARKING: On site available ROOM TYPE: Double Occupancy Rooms Only (2 beds per room required) All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract, and as a Federal tax exempt agency we are not required to submit a tax exemption form. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. *Please only include your best and final offer. *We will only review the lowest offer presented by your company. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award. *Hotels google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered.
