The requirement description is as follows: TOTAL ROOMS: 72 Rooms total; for a total of Nights/Room: 303 32 Rooms for 4 Nights each 4-8 June 2021 = 128 1 Room for 3 Nights each 5-8 June 2021 = 1 28 Rooms for 4 Nights each 15-19 June 2021 = 112 5 Rooms for 7 Nights each 12-19 June 2021 = 35 3 Rooms for 1 Night each 4-5 June 2021 = 3 3 Rooms for 8 Nights each 11-19 June 2021 = 24 LOCATION: Must be Located within 10 driving miles from 42 Patriot Way, Rochester, NY 14624 ROOM TYPE: Single Occupancy Rooms Only All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract, and as a Federal tax-exempt agency we are not required to submit a tax exemption form. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer presented by your company. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award. *Hotels google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered.
