FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award.
