The main purpose of this contract is to further develop and document existing automation tools according to government, scientific, and industry best practices in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psych... The main purpose of this contract is to further develop and document existing automation tools according to government, scientific, and industry best practices in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology to update validity, utility, and adverse impact ratio tables/charts for entry standard consultations. The automation tools should be versatile enough to work on common test scores (e.g., percentiles or t-scores), and work for one Air Force Specialty (AFS) or multiple AFSs at a time. A second purpose is to further develop and document automation tools to prepare common Air Force test data (e.g., ASVAB) for the validity, utility, and adverse impact automation tools. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the PWS.
