This project will be performed IAW Attachment 1 Statement of Work_AMENDED 2. NAICS Code 238330, Size Standard $19M 3. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. 4. This acquisition has been set aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. 5. Period of Performance for this action is 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 6. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(b). 7. The contracting officer for this action is TSgt Terrell Singleton at terrell.singleton@us.af.mil and the contracting specialist is SrA Stephany Briceno at stephany.briceno@us.af.mil. 8. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday 05 September 2023, at 2:00 PM AKDT. Parties will meet in front of building 10480. 9. All questions are due by Thursday 07 September 2023, 10:00 AM AKDT. 10. The contractor is to include any required alternate payment protections anticipated based upon their proposed pricing as prescribed in FAR 28.102-3 and IAW FAR 52.228-13 if applicable. 11. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
