This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Behavioral Health Section (BHS) is the behavioral health infrastructure within the ORARNG Medical Command. The BHS supports mental fitness and wellness for operational readiness by developing and maintaining systems for identifying and resolving Soldiers’ behavioral health concerns and by providing clinical oversight and coordination for the behavioral health components of the psychological, family, social, spiritual, and emotional support programs available to service members and their families.
