The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for various engraving materials/items as listed in the attached specification document. Quotes for partial quantities will not be considered. This requirement is a small business set aside. All quotes must include the following information: 1. Picture of items quoted 2. Turn around time for delivery 3. Item specification details Basis of Award: Quotes will be reviewed for total cost and will be awarded to the lowest offeror that meets all the specifications identified in the attached salient characteristic document. Responsible offerors must have a valid www.beta.sam.gov registration at the time of award.
