C.1.1 Scope. The contractor shall schedule and perform work and services required to inspect, measure, calibrate and report findings on government owned DC power and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Equipment to include rectifiers, power boards, batteries and inverters three times per year. Fort Leonard Wood will provide a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours of site accessibility during scheduled work periods. C.1.1.1 The contractor’s responsibilities under this specification are limited to scheduled maintenance of all DC power and UPS Equipment in buildings 1018A, 406 and 3200. The contractor will provide a diagnostic status report to the site contact with recommended courses of action if something is in critical condition or could possibly become critical.
