Power should be accessible for small appliances provided by our personnel such as laptops, projector, and additional technology. Located near a bathroom that can be cordoned off from other users of the facility to be used only for our event. No hotel rooms will be used to meet this requirement. All conference rooms must be located on the same property. All conference rooms must be indoors. All conference rooms must stay the same for the entire event. Once a conference room is provided during the event, it will continue to be able to be used by the government until the entire event has concluded.
