Provide necessary contractor support to 52nd CST (WMD) for the purpose of enhancing the organization's ability to support First Responders in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) operations. Specific objectives include providing off-site support to NGOH-TAL-CS, for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Homemade Explosive threat agent training, practical application, and external evaluation of unit Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) through the use of a multi-agency exercise. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, exercise materials related to chemical, biological, radiological, and homemade explosive threat agents; scenario-based field exercise that include specified objectives related to CBRN WMD-CST (TDA) (0300627-35), detailed evaluation on tactics, techniques and procedures used while operating in a WMD contaminated environment. The said contractor should be familiar and/or have experience with: ? WMD Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear response tactics, techniques and procedures in both a professional laboratory setting and in a clandestine environment. ? Improvised explosive device components, manufacturing and placement practices. ? Use of personal protective equipment. ? Civil Support team fielded equipment usage, capabilities and limitations. ? Trending hazards such as opioids and non-traditional agents. Training and equipment will be delivered and conducted in Chillicothe and Lancaster, OH, from 17-18 September 2019. Daily operational times To Be Determined (TBD). Contractor personnel will be required to resource, set-up and facilitate a scenario-based exercise for the 52nd CST and affiliated agencies during this time period.
