Both events need to be held within 50 miles of the New York Army National Guard Armory, 2 Quincy Place, Yonkers, NY 10701. Hotel rooms, conference space and catering is required for the following dates: April 12 2019 - April 14th 2019 April 26 2019- April 28, 2019 Please see the attached performance work statements for both events. All quotes will be considered for either a single or a multiple award. Each quote will be evaluated based upon the vendor's ability to meet the minimum requirements of the performance work statement, location and ease of transportation for customer, and price. This requirement is a small business set-aside. A valid System for Award Management (SAM) Registration is required prior to contract award. All quotes must provide a price breakdown as specified in the PWS (chart must be completed), a floor plan of facility confernence space with the conference space available for the event clearly specified.
