Dock to support safe moorage with 1-50amp outlet for 240/120 Volt, Water Available, Availability to have stairs on pier for boarding, and at least 15' depth (CRD). Operational 24hrs and 7 Days per week. Five (5) years, one (1) year firm with four (4) rights to renew each subsequent year thereafter. The right to renew is reserved to the Government and the Lessor has no termination rights. Leased space must be in Oregon with in 25 road miles of The U.S. Government Moorings.
