The purpose of this synopsis is to publicate the addition of one NSN 1560 016829326 RADOM to basic ordering agreement N0038322GZL01 for a period of 4 years. This will be utilizing FAR PART 15 procedures. This is not a small business set aside. The government does not have the rights or data to contract with any other sources. All contractual documents related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.\\
