The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a six (6) month extension on contract number HHM402-15-D-0038/0003, Enterprise Application Architecture Delivery Services (EAADS), based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This task order is a current award under the Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) IDIQ Contact. All E-SITE awardees were given fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Berico Technologies, LLC for Enterprise Application Architecture Delivery Services. This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a new task order competition to be completed under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) HHM402-20-R-0008 contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The bridge requirement is to extend the existing Enterprise Application Architecture Delivery Services (EAADS) task order from 30 March 2022 to 29 Sept. 2022. This will allow the Chief Information Office (CIO) to ensure continuity of essential services during the re-compete and transition to a new task order under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) IDIQ. The current program objectives & requirements include: enabling application migration to IC ITE; streamlining and automating areas that affect application delivery, which include network redesign and consolidation, policy and governance, and application development; enabling applications to migrate from DoDIIS to IC ITE provided services, to include, but not limited to, IAA. The contractor shall facilitate the design, deployment, operations, and expansion of capabilities as it relates to application adoption of IC ITE and modernization and optimization of legacy DoDIIS applications, through work in the following areas: Enterprise Architecture IC ITE Adoption Service Strategy Service Design Service Transition Service Operations Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Technical Writing Program Management Reviews (PMR) Primary place of contract performance: National Capital Region All work is at the TS/SCI level.
