Submit original copies of Performance and Payment bonds with the raised seal by mail within 1-3 business days once notified of a potential award. Addendum # 1: Site Visit Sheet attached ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) is seeking offerors for Removal & Replacement of carpet and rubber wall base, and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product based on the attached Statement of Work (SoW). This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Low Cost/Technically acceptable to the Government. The Government/AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government/AFFS cancels this solicitation, the Government/AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Site visit will be held on Friday November 14th, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. CST. CST. Quotes must be valid for 90 days. No late responses will be excepted or considered. AFFS will be awarding this project on behalf of the Government.
