This is a solicitation for U S Embassy Serbia, for a supply contract to procure a Wheelchair-capable minibus for the Social Welfare Department of the Municipality of Prokuplje as described in the purchase description. See Attached Solicitation and Salient Characteristics. 1. RFQ Response Time -- The RFQ will close on Thursday, 4 November 2021 at 8AM Central European Time. You must submit a quote before this time in order to be considered for award. 2. Delivery Date -- The Government will need the vehicle delivered within 8 weeks of contract award. If you have a longer lead time for the vehicle, please let us know. 3. System of Award Management - Your company must be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. If you do not currently have active SAM registration but are interested in competing for this requirement, please let us know as soon as possible so we can send instructions in German or English about this process. This does take some time to gain active SAM registration, so we encourage vendors to be proactive in requesting assistance. 4. Questions -- If you have questions on the above or about anything within this solicitation, you must submit these questions to us no later than 2 business days prior to the solicitation closing date. Any questions and answers will be shared with *all* competitors to ensure fair opportunity is given. We will try to consolidate any questions and answers and send out via email.
