This procurement will be a Competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers received from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses will be considered. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required for procurements under $2 million. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. SPRS apply.
