The Government will make awards to responsive, responsible offerors whose prices are determined fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to make a single award and will not make more than 4 awards under this contract. All contract awards resulting from the Government’s solicitation will be fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts. The contracts will have a Base Period of one year and four one-year options. Quoted pricing will apply for the contract one-year base period and quoted option pricing will apply for each option year.
