Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within the Government Required Delivery days after the date of the order (ADO). Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155). A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp 15 days or more from this posting. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, performance, and Socioeconomic Support.
