Synopsis Subject: NSN 1420-01-221-4086 Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5002 Project Summary: DLA Aviation proposes to issue a solicitation to acquire aircraft components, on Federal Stock Class: 1420 The solicitation will include one NSN. AMSC 1/G The solicitation will permit the award of a Long Term Contract , which will be a firm-fixed price , FAR Part 13.5, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity ( ID/IQ) contract, with a basic period of one year plus four one year ordering periods in which additional quantities may be ordered . The proposed contract will be a fixed price FAR Part 15 type contract. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for the solicited NSN to be considered. Based on the anticipated 5-year contract term, the Total Estimated Dollar Value of this Acquisition is ~ $ 2,972,844.00. Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. The solicitation will be Small Business Set Aside.
