Maximum of the contract (including option): $2,000,577.15. The objective of this procurement is to place the items in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery (IDC) long-term contract (LTC) of a maximum of five (5) years, divided into one 3-year base contract and two 1-year options. Option years are to be opted at the discretion of the Government. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The Government will solicit the acquisition under FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement requires the submittal of a subcontracting plan, if the vendor is NOT a small business. Multiple vendors can be awarded. Award will be made “All or none by NSN”.
