(CAGE 91311) PN: 418-10054 Ontic Engineering (CAGE 45934) PN: 418-10054. This is not a Commercial Item, Higher Quality and First Article Test are required. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, FOB: Origin. This is a critcal application item. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 212 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal(RFP).
