Award will only be made to an approved Qualified Source. See Clause 52.209-1 in the solicitation and the Qualification Requirements package attached for qualification information. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
