The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and travel necessary to plan, design, develop, integrate, operate, test and evaluate capabilities to address the vulnerability and survivability performance of Agile/Resilient airbase component representations. The contractor shall provide hardware and software design and modification, development, integration, testing, hardware, and software to support system development, system event integration and testing, and risk management activities. Contractor will have access to Defense test and evaluation facilities for operational assessment. This activity will support development and testing efforts, modification, integration, training and field exercises. Workloads may include design, development, and modification of support equipment, spares, special tools, models, test equipment, technical data gathering, test/evaluation analysis, and recommendations for incorporation of signature management and passive defense techniques and methods into Agile/Resilient basing operations. Option should exist to procure and support prototype capabilities for operational user assessment and possibly to support rapid fielding.
