The Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) located in Ft Campbell, Kentucky has a requirement to procure infrastructure, equipment, and software updates and replacements necessary for control panels and hand geometry systems in support of the PremiSys and Bio-Metric Systems to comply with the current DOD ID Management standards, State and Federal Codes and Regulations. BACH will host an on-site walkthrough, requirement briefing, and a question-and-answer session for all interested vendors. Vendors will have an opportunity to inspect the infrastructure for any needed upgrades and or repairs required in support of this requirement. There are two potential site visit timeframes: between 23-25 Aug 2021 and between 30 Aug – 2 Sep 2021. Interested vendors, please select a preferred and an alternate site visit date. After initial feedback, BACH will select the most preferred site visit date and send out additional information regarding the installation guest access requirements, the meeting location and time, etc. As part of its Market Research, USACE Huntsville Center is issuing this RFI to determine what availability to meet the scope requirements. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of USACE Huntsville Center's market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which USACE Huntsville Center can issue any Schedule orders. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government does not intend to award a Schedule order(s) or BPAs based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. USACE Huntsville Center will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI or attendance at the on-site walkthrough. Please respond with your preferred primary and alternate site visit date, a Capability Statement that is no more than 10 pages which includes your Schedule contract number, relevant information on the company, and brief descriptions of recent and relevant projects for tasks that are similar to those in the Scope Statement.
