Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist and (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal S u b m i s s i o n - W 9 1 2 C H - 2 4 - Q - 0 0 63 ( C o m p a n y N a m e ) no later than Wednesday, 5 March 2025 at 5:00pm EST. Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation, W912CH-24-Q-0063, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for the procurement of the following: NOUN NSN Quantity DOOR, HATCH, VEHICLE 2510-01-589-0713 5 EA* *100% option available 2. Manufacturer’s part number 3869584 is restricted to authorized distributor Oshkosh Defense, LLC. 3. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal no later than Friday, 17 January 2025 at 5:00 pm EST to the Contract Specialist (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W912CH-24-Q-0063 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
