This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is 070220193350 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); 3. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210. The applicable small business size standard is $15.0 Million. 5.
