The solicitation will consist of 6 NSN's. 5 of the NSN’s will have multiple CLINS and NSN-6150-01-555-8906 WF is just one item which will be the First Article Requirement on the solicitation -If First Article is waived, contractor must add one part to production. CLIN’s will consist of first article requirements, production, and Data. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign Participation is not permitted.
