The requirement includes all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the exterior renovation at Building 2311 located on JBMDL(McGuire Campus). Renovation will include but not limited to the demolition of existing exterior EIFS and providing new EIFS siding, new entry canopy, window replacement, new lighting, replacement of louvers and vents and removal of exterior wiring and pipes from the façade and relocate to the interior. This project also includes site landscaping, new curbs, pavers, sidewalks, mulch, new soil, seeding, vegetation and removal and patching of asphalt roadway. The facility will be occupied during the construction so care should be taken as occupants will be entering and leaving the facility. This acquisition is being solicited as a total hubzone small business set aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for Proposal (RFP) or questions will not be accepted or considered. The RFP may contain files in Microsoft Office and PDF Formats. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. Offerors should submit all questions or comments relative to the solicitation electronically only. Notice to offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this request for proposal (RFP) until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this RFP, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels the RFP; the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
