The 87 Contracting Squadron has a requirement for Raney Conference Room Multimedia Upgrade at the USAF Expeditionary center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst NJ. The proposed contract is a firm fixed price not to exceed 30 days after award. This acquisition is being solicited as a HUBZone small business set aside. Over the phone or verbal requests for the request for quotes (RFQ) or questions will not be accepted or considered. Questions will have to be submitted in email and will be posted to the solicitation for all to see. All potential sources must register in the system for award management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a registration in SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award. Offerors will submittal all questions or comments relative to the solicitation electronically only. Site visit will be held on 15 May 2023 at 9:30AM EST. If interested in attending, please let us know by 11 May 2023 10:00AM EST so we can provide further instructions on the information that we need from all attendees prior to coming on base. A background check will have to be completed. You will need to first arrive at the McGuire welcome center Building 3021 to pick up your pass and will be leaving from there to the actual site.
