Notice Information You are invited to submit a bid on the property listed on Sale 0501-S4402A-004 (see attached). NOMADICS, Inc. will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The property is offered as One Lot therefore your bid should reflect consideration for all items within that lot and is offered "as is - where is”. Bids will be accepted during the following: Bid Period: 20 APRIL 2021 – 29 APRIL 2021, 5 p.m. EST. You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bid submission. An appointment must be scheduled with Brian O’Dell (see contact information below). The property is stored at the following location: Flir Detection, Inc. Stillwater, OK 74074 All attachments must be reviewed prior to bidding. The Sale will be in accordance with the mandatory Terms and Conditions of Sale (attached).
