This requirement is a small business set-aside. The solicitation will consist of 3 NSN's. Each NSN will have multiple CLINS on the solicitation for first article requirements, production, and Data. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
