Captains will register through th... SCOPE. The Vendor shall provide test vouchers for the GRE. The GRE will be given at testing centers located near respective Army Center of Excellence (COE) locations. Captains will register through the contractor's website using an allocated code purchased by Department of the Army G1. Once the captain has completed the GRE on the day and time assigned to him/ her, the scores will be sent to Army Research Institute (ARI), Army Human Resource Command (HRC), the captain him/herself, and two schools of the captain's choosing at the time of testing.
