DoDEA seeks a commercial, off- the-shelf (COTS) vendor-hosted school information center online specialty database product and related web resources/services that support required PK-12 curriculum and instruction, all of which must be accessible throughout each school building and from home. Access for approximately 85,000 students and teachers/staff (71,000 students and 14,000 teachers/staff) that is scalable. Approximately two-thirds of the student population consists of PK-6 grade students. Licensing to accommodate DoDEA’s unique grade configurations, especially students in grades 5-8 who may be located in an elementary, intermediate or secondary school. The elementary level specialty databases include but are not limited to science, geography, literacy and United States history and State information. The secondary level specialty databases include but are not limited to financial literacy, teen health, US history, US government, world history, world geography, world news, science, and literature.
