The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to EVERYWHERE Communications in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. 633 CONS/PKA, 14 BURRELL ST BLDG 67 CP 757 225-1669 LANGLEY AFB, VA 23665 United States intends to award a sole source contract to acquire services in support of 192’d OSS/OSK. Please see the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR) for this new requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, all responsible sources who believe that they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to Kelly Voigts at kelly.voigts.3@us.af.mil for consideration no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time, 19 March 2024.
