This contract is for the removal and installation of a Manitex SC 97 bed and crane assembly from an old chassis onto a new GSA chassis at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (McAAP). The work involves transferring the PTO unit, crane, bed assembly, and all associated hydraulic and electrical systems. The solicitation uses a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The performance of services is specified to occur at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant.
