This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is for engineering and technical services, personnel, facilities, expertise, supplies and parts/materials required specifically to effectively and safely execute waterjet engineering services, which directly impacts the operation of the waterjet and the waterjet support systems. The contractor shall provide all Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) and Technical Data programs for DMSI/WDI products. These services shall be provided at the contractor’s facilities and other locations as designated by the Government. This BOA was awarded to Wartsila Defense, Inc. utilizing 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. Firm-Fixed Price orders will be placed against this BOA.
