Attachement 1_Combined Synopsis Solicitation listed a page limit of 20 pages and all other documents stated 40 page limits. The correct page limit is 40 pages. The combined synopsis has been edited and updated within the attachment section to state the 40 page limit. Amendment 3: Amendment was conducted to incorporate the Government's answers to questions as Attachment 7_Questions and Answers. The Government is requesting a non-personnel service contract for Lyster Army Health Clinic (Lyster AHC). Lyster AHC has 120 Lenel cameras and 2 DVRs in their current footprint. This firm fixed-priced (FFP) contract is being competed as full and open under NAICS Code 561621 with a size standard of $25 million. Offers from small and large business concerns will be accepted. This contract is for a base year plus four option years. Offerors shall submit only one proposal for Lyster Army Health Clinic Security Services as the Government will review only one proposal per Offeror. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of the Request for Proposal (RFP). All proposals shall be submitted in writing via email to jolene.a.granger.civ@army.mil and erin.s.duncan2.civ@army.mil. Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Friday, 19 September 2025. The Government will answer questions received no later than 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Friday, 05 September 2025. The Government will respond to questions via the issuance of an amendment which incorporates the question and the Government’s response.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition.
